Check-in & Check-out

Check-in from 11:30 am to 10 pm

Check-out by 1:30 pm

Late check-outs cause the payment of 50% of the room daily price.

The hotel does not have an overnight concierge service.

Bookings

Cancellations made up to ten days before the scheduled arrival date will incur no charge.

Late cancellations, made between nine and two days before the scheduled arrival date, will incur a charge of 50% of the accommodation rate specified at the time of booking.

Cancellations made the day before the arrival date, or failure to check in (“no-show”), will incur a charge of 100% of the accommodation rate specified at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Cancellations within the seventh day from the check-in date will not be charged.

From the seventh to two day before the check-in date, the charge will be equal to 30% of the total rate of the booking.

The cancellation the day before the arrival date, or the not showing up at the hotel (“no show”) involves the charge of 80% of the total rate of the booking.

Payments

Major credit cards, advance bank transfer and cash are accepted in the hotel, bar and restaurant.

The stay and the services have to be paid within the check-out date.

Children

Children from 0 to 3 years: free

Children from 3 to 6 years: 50% discount rate

Children from 6 to 12 years: 30% discount rate

Pets

If kept on a leash, pets are allowed in all areas of the hotel.

Any damage caused by pets will be charged to their owners.

In the indoor areas of the hotel smoking is forbidden
